Tracking information is e-mailed to you after your order is placed and ready to ship. To ensure that you receive tracking information, please set your e-mail spam filters to receive mail from tracking@cwimedical.com

In the event that you have not received tracking information sent to your e-mail address and would like to track your order, please call our Customer Service department at 1-877-9-CWIMED. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm EST.

If you have received a Tracking Number through CWI Medical, you can use the UPS Website to get information on when your order will arrive.
