What
Are Our Shipping & Delivery Rates?
UPS Shipping & handling rates in the U.S. vary per zip code and
amount of product. The best way to calculate
the exact shipping for your order is to enter your zip code during
the Shipping and Billing checkout page and click the apply button
next to Shipping Method. For all orders over
$10,000, international orders and orders to Guam or the U.S. Virgin

When
Will My Order Arrive?
Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday)
it takes a product to reach you from the date it is shipped from the
CWI Medical warehouse. The shipping time should be added to the number
of days estimated for product availability.
Orders placed are normally shipped the following business day. Deliveries
are not made on weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday through
Friday.
To determine how long it will take an item to arrive, add together
the availability time and the shipping time.
For Example:
Order placed Monday --In-Stock (This item typically ships within two
to three business days):
Wednesday or Thursday (depending on the proximity of the shipping
address to our Tri-State Area Location).
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of
service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control
of cwimedical.com (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation
systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit
card).

Home Delivered/Special Handling Items
For Customized Wheelchairs, Powerchairs, Pushchairs, Seat-lift Chairs.
Customization, Chair Fittings and Assessment Service is only available
in the New York Metro Area and Long Island. These items are usually
oversized and require a scheduled delivery appointment. You will be
notified of your delivery date and time. If the delivery date and
time is not convenient for you, we will arrange another date and/or
time.
How Do We Ship & Deliver Multiple
Items?
CWI Medical ships items as they are available; therefore you may receive
more than one delivery if you purchase several items.
Items that will ship separately:
* Items that have different shipping methods
* Items that are not available in our warehouses
on the same day
