Connetquot West, Inc. is hiring Direct Sales Representatives – Medical Products Enjoy available benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K, congenial co-workers, and best of all, room to advance in your career. As an Order Entry Administrator working out of our Farmingdale, Long Island office, you will answer phone calls from our clients at medical centers, those in home healthcare, and route those where needed. Your mission will be to provide exemplary customer service, including quotes, order entry, return processing, and research. You will ensure that orders are properly fulfilled as you interact effectively and professionally with external and internal customers. Ongoing systems and product training will be provided, and you will support and be supported by others in the group. The ideal candidate for this position will have three or more recent years of office administration and/or customer service experience. Excellent abilities with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook will help you succeed, along with your strong verbal and written communication skills. Multi-tasking, a sense of urgency, staying organized and remaining calm under pressure will be among your top strengths. The hours required for this position are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., a pleasant schedule for the right person.
