General Guidelines for Determining your size for Tranquility Smartcore Disposable Briefs / Adult Diapers

Suggested sizes are a guideline. When in doubt, use a tape measure and obtain an accurate waist/hip measurement. Use the larger of the two measurements to find the correct size. For sizes greater than an XL, obtain an accurate hip measurement for best fit.
