How Do I Place An Order?

Payment

Payment by Credit Card, Money Order, or Cash.  For those remitting by cash, an additional 1% discount will be provided on your item total. Please note, all orders remitted by Check or Money Order are subject to a 5 day hold.

Picking Up Your Order

For pick-up, please call ahead to place your order, and it will be pulled for you prior to your scheduled time and day or pick-up.  Pick-up location is at  CWI Medical, 200 Executive Dr, Unit D, Edgewood, NY 11717. 

If shipping is needed, shipping with Fedex is available. Shipping charges are based on the merchandise total and will be calculated at checkout. For more information on shipping, visit here

1. _{ACCEPTANCE: Placement of an order by the buyer constitutes assent to these terms.}
2. _{PRODUCTS: All products listed for sale is sold on a “while-supplies-last” basis.  All products are new and unused unless otherwise noted.}
3. _{PRICES: Prices are those negotiated at the time of sale. Prices are for that item in the lists only and are not indicative of future pricing.  Prices are good while supplies last; first come, first served; no rain checks. Pricing not valid on special or previous orders, cannot be combined with other coupons or discounts, and subject to change without notice; see the lists online for current pricing and quantities. Taxes are applicable.}
4. _{CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations will be accepted with payment of a 30% restock charge together with inbound and outbound freight.}
