For adult diapers, one must consider the patients height, weight, waist size and hip size.  Just like clothing sized, every manufacturers produces slightly different patterns for their small, medium, large and extra large.  So it makes sense to sample different manafacturers, but know that these adult incontinence products are adustable.  However, what some people think is that using an extra large diaper on a small person is best, because there is additional super absorbent polymer.
