Gelatein and Protein Jello

Gelatein is made by Medtrition, located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.  Medtrition Gelatein comes in Gelatein 20, Gelatein Plus and Gelatein Plus with MCT Oil. It comes in portion controlled container with a pull away foil to keep it shelf stable for the Prosource Gelatein.  Whereas, protein jello is made home made by adding protein power or liquid protein to the gelatin mix. I would use Pro-stat, Liquacel or Prosource if you choosed to decide to make Protein Jello at home, but many times the recipe has to be adjusted because of the liquid and the taste might be altered, but if you are making cherry jello, use the appropriate liquid protein with cherry flavor.
