How do Booster Pads Work?

Booster Pads work the same way as other incontinence products. They are made with paper fibers, sometimes plastic to outline the chassis and most importantly Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP). They are designed similar to incontinence liners, however they are designed to leak through or flow through to the main incontinence product such as a Prevail Adult Brief, Tranquility Diaper, Tena Protective Underwear or Cuties Pull Up. These booster pads can save money as they are less expensive than an entire brief. You can throw out the pad rather than the entire diaper or pull up. So instead of all the liquid landing in a single location and having to flow around the backing, the Booster allows the flow through that can save on changing bedding and clothes.
